All three men mentioned are great in there own right Edison Tesla and Einstein . Regardless of there differances of opinions . They all contributed to the future tech that is seen today . Let them be remembered for what they have givin and not old squabbles that may I remind you ,. Most of you where not even there to begin with to comment on . Edison was to invention like an orchestra conductor is to music. The conductor has knowledge of the instruments but not like a virtuoso although he knows what sound he is striving for. Likewise with Edison. He was the conductor and his staff members were the musicians. Notice how he only refers to himself when he mentions what he could not comprehend. Regarding accomplishements, he almost always attributed them to "our" work -- not "my" work.

Also, just as orchestral performances are identified by the name of the conductor, the Edison output was identified by the name of Edison. In the invention business, that is still the case to this day. Those of you who want to criticize need need not focus on Edison. As for Tesla, Edison felt his work was weird and potentially dangerous. He felt the same way about Einstein and, as you know, thanks to Einstein we still have a potential nuclear disaster hanging over the entire Earth.

TESLA wanted to build such things as the "peaceray" which was very ironic in its use...it would take out thousands of attacking/invading planes in the sky in one use...he also wanted to build an earthquake machine..(wtf?) i'm not really sure why, but i do know that earthquakes are dangerous...refer to the below equation

He was deaf because he was slapped by the railway guard when he was expermenting in train. A piece of phosophrous felt on the ground and caught fire. second when he was saving the child at the platform of the guard he was struck by the wooden car
