I know you can Beat Kratos after the remiel fight i've done it he even drops a level 4 ex gem which is great but is Yggdrasil beatable or is he scripted?

@Suzumushi100 Its scripted. You cannot win against Yggdrasil in your first two battles with him.

I figure it is possible to beat him that way..

@lunardragon2607 Supposedly, if you cast a mid or high level spell at the right time, you can deactivate the script and keep fighting him.

I've never seen it in action, though.....

The first time, not sure, but the 2nd time it's possible.

Level 250, Hourglasses and all 4 spamming artes. There is a video on youtube. You still get low Grade anyways XD

I've never managed to do it myself though.

It's an official full victory against Lord Yggdrasill (2nd time).

There is also another one on YouTube which is said as "semi-victory" because there indeed doesn't come a victory screen, even though he says his line when you beat him:

@lunardragon2607 Actually, that is only true during the first playthrough. However, if you give the next game 10x EXP, as well as retaining titles, EX Skills, EX gems and durable goods, its actually possible to defeat Yggdrasill the second time you encounter him. Its tricky, but I've done it before!

@lunardragon2607 actually it's possible...if your at max lv and use a hourglass. so ya...nothing accomplished there

@Suzumushi100 You can get an glitched win. Normally, when you fight him the battle automaticly stops after some time, so you'll have to use an hourglass (And have high lvl characters and the devil arms) and go all out attack no magic. he'll die but you won't see the winning screen if I'm right.

Last boss of symphonia was a joke.. Even on the hardest difficulty. They shouldve made him way harder.
