Like others, I'm glad GH finally took us back to Sonny's childhood. It's painful to watch, esp for me being as how I'm an adult child of abuse too but the way GH handles these special causes, I hope there is a message sent as they always have that will help save children from abuse. Even if it saves 1 child - it will have been worth it all - even the resurfacing of yrs of abuse-filled memories I carry w/me. I managed to let many go; some remain b/c I can't let go of them - at least not yet...

There's no happily ever after for anyone b/c we all have this shit to deal w/each day & jumping back into a bad marriage for the sake of a child never works out. today's episode was so good! I loved the sonny scenes and that we can see him try to move on from his past. MB really sold it for me. RH and JJ were also amazing today. Although I wish Liz was less desperate, I can totally understand why she's acting this way because she feels so abandoned and stressed out ( i think if we saw her work more, it would have made more sense, but still). Also, I can't wait for the Sam and Michael scenes to come. I'm so happy with how these storylines are turning out

Wow! The Sonny stuff was powerful today. All these years getting to know his character and I feel like today's episode was very climatic for it. I have not always liked the things Sonny has done, but he is still one of my favs. Maurice is just such a great actor. I hope this stuff brings a turning point for Sonny and we get to see some new aspects of him.

Like others, I'm glad GH finally took us back to Sonny's childhood. It's painful to watch, esp for me being as how I'm an adult child of abuse too but the way GH handles these special causes, I hope there is a message sent as they always have that will help save children from abuse. Even if it saves 1 child - it will have been worth it all - even the resurfacing of yrs of abuse-filled memories I carry w/me. I managed to let many go; some remain b/c I can't let go of them - at least not yet...

People .. you all have to remember Lucky was fine until he learned from Nic what his dad did to his mom all those years ago ( Disco Rape). It messed Lucky up. today's episode was so good! I loved the sonny scenes and that we can see him try to move on from his past. MB really sold it for me. RH and JJ were also amazing today. Although I wish Liz was less desperate, I can totally understand why she's acting this way because she feels so abandoned and stressed out ( i think if we saw her work more, it would have made more sense, but still). Also, I can't wait for the Sam and Michael scenes to come. I'm so happy with how these storylines are turning out

i want liz and lucky back together but i still think that he's too good for her. i love jonathon jackson sooo much <3 also, maurice benard was great in this episode. he rly showed the pain tht sonny went thru nd how being bck at the place it all happened affected him

Wow! The Sonny stuff was powerful today. All these years getting to know his character and I feel like today's episode was very climatic for it. I have not always liked the things Sonny has done, but he is still one of my favs. Maurice is just such a great actor. I hope this stuff brings a turning point for Sonny and we get to see some new aspects of him.

@jaliz2000 I find that the writers want to make another sonny....but sonny isnt a character( in a way) Sonny is Maurice Bernard :/ or atleast thats how i think of it.
Which is why when micheal tries to act grown up and angry, it looks extremely stupid :/
