In my religion we don't practice cruelty or violence, here in my country the Philippines who the majority are Christians condone Capital punishment because "who are we to take another life?

There's actually stories that Jesus studied Buddhism and that's where he got his ideals from. And if you take away the "miracles" he supposedly performed, his message is just to live in peace.
Same thing goes for Pantheism, which is an IDEA that I greatly admire. Basically, God is everything, essentially nature and the laws of nature. Once again, it's an idea, and a connection and reverence for your surroundings. However, religion not need interfere with the idea, nor should anything be worshipped.
