Just visited the complete history site by Studio7designs. What a great job they did covering the work done on your car. This is a real treat for car enthusiasts. Here's a piece from the site: "Jim's '56 in the Spring of 2008. NOTE: Indiana passed a law allowing the display of an original license plate on vintage autos that are at least 25-years-old. The vintage Indiana License plate must be from the same year as the car, and in good condition." Thank, you. Darlene
Thank you for the kind compliments. I am co-owner of the web hosting company, and built and manage my own websites, as well as doing the restoration of the car itself. Thank you for watching. Jim
I spent 2 hours today shooting pictures of vintage Chevys, Fords, and a 1953 Buick from the car show in Parsippany, New Jersey. Tonight, the owners are at the sock hop where they will party til they drop. Happy Labor Day!
Thank you for showing the interior of your car. It is a work of art. After high school graduation in 1964, I drove a black '56 Chevy Bel Air to the office. In 1966, I sold it and left the small town where I grew up to live and work in NYC and never looked back. When I see your video, I which I would like to own another one which would cost as much to restore today as owning a small home. Instead, I will visit the auto shows with a camera and watch your gorgeous video on YouTube. Darlene
