actually, this version of cloud can cast bolt 1 and 2, and blizzard 1 and 2. his hyper is bolt 3. this cloud is better at ranged, whereas this cloud rapes you brutally up close.

The size thing isn't an issue? In something as mixed up as MUGEN you're bound to get characters that don't match. Just adjust the size in the CNS file and stop bitching.
