I love you, Brother Zahid!!! I give you my Heart, for ALWAYS!!!! Peace. :) And I am so sorry for the horrible, horrible things people have said here, :(
people should stop supporting these cheats who disguise themselves in honor or serving the country and other bull shit when all they wanted was to gain Citizenship Illicitly..
This guy is a fraudster even before he came to USA. he is a cheat and dishonest person. He should be righfully deported.
this show dosent show the REAL picture. WAKEP UP america
@pazpaz316 Yeah, because it was so much harder to go stand in line where he couldn't get hurt. Instead he takes the easier route of having to actually FIGHT to EARN his citizenship instead of PAYING for it, because we all know that if you PAY for your citizenship you can't be a dishonest person. Heck, even if you are born here you can't be a dishonest person OR a cheat.
I've met Zahid, unlike yourself. He's an honorable gentle man, a jewel, who this country and our community cannot afford to lose. I'd be honored to have him as my neighbor. He has done far more to deserve American citizenship than I have. The deportation action against him is retaliatory for having the gumption to petition for a write of mandamus to expedite his application for US Citizenship. The arguments against him raised by government lawyers are petty and specious.
Yeah, what a mentality, to think that when you lie, you have to pay the price. Wow, what a concept. Any immingrant that is here illegally, damn right, deport them all. If you came here legally, then enjoy your stay and welcome.
wtf! he has earned his citizenship! So, our government thinks he's good enough to serve this country, sacrifice his body for this country, but not to live here and be a citizen? Those of you who comment against him, you're lucky people like him are brave and honorable enough to serve. Did you even read it at the end? He didn't lie when he entered the military. He deserves to be a citizen, just as much as you or I do.
He chose to break the laws in both Australia and the United States. When you enlist in the military, the recuiters make is quite clear that if you lie or "forget" to disclose your entire background, which includes your criminal record, that you can be discharged. When you apply for citizenship, it is the same way, you lie, you leave.
If he would have disclosed the record, they would have probably not cared, but it's the idea that he lied that is the problem now. [shrugs]
@scootterpootter because your the perfect human right? He did wrong and payed for it. I think his crime was believing the country and the people served. Meaning you.
@vafalcon7 Exactly, I did not lie when I enlisted in the military, I disclosed everything that I had done and you know what? They let me enlist anyway. We don't need liars in my military, we have enough already. Nobody asked him the believe anything, nobody forced him the enlist, he wanted to lie and enlist. This is why the fuck is wrong with the world nowadays, some people don't accept responsibility when they break the rules and get caught, it's always someone else's fault.
@scootterpootter your right. deport all immigrants that way they can call the draft. You dont want someone to protect you. You dont want someone to risk his life for you that has lied. wow. What a mentality.

Instead of deporting this soldier, we should deport michael moore or sean penn.

He served the country, the least they can do is let him stay. So unfair, yet there are violent immigrants that won't be deported
