Man, how true is that. The only true hero I've ever known in my life is my father. Sacrificed and worked hard all is life without looking for anything more than a "Thanks Pop". Now I'm a grown man with a son of my own, and I pray one day he looks at me the same way. I'm a 28 yr old firefighter and people call us heros. I don't see it that way. And the only one that I care to call me a hero are my children.

bobby probably wasn't all that bad. it would be humiliating to cause your team to win when everybody was counting on you. not to mention frustrating when you put all your effort into something and it doesn't pan out!

Look up the words to our "Pledge of Allegiance" and you'll hear the word "republic" correctly stated in there.
