English translation: Dindirin danya, dindirindin. I arose one fine day and spent the morning in the meadow; I heard the nightingale singing on the bough, din-di-rin-din. Dindirin danya, dindirindin. I heard the nightingale singing on the bough, Nightingale, oh nightingale, do this errand for me, din-di-rin-din. Dindirin danya, dindirindin. Nightingale, oh nightingale, do this errand for me, tell my lover that I am already married! Din-di-rin-din. Dindirin danya, dindirindin.
Catalan: Dindirin danya, dindirindin. Je me levé un bel maitin, Matineta per la prata; encontré le ruyseñor, que cantaba so la rama, dindirindin. Dindirin danya, dindirindin. Dindirin danya, dindirindin.
@a47372 He estado buscando información y tienes razón. Según lo que he encontrado la letra está escrita en una mezcla de francés, catalán y provenzal. Forma parte del Cancionero de Palacio.
@a47372 Sorry, i see you are Polish. I said that you are right: Is a mixury of french, catalan and provençal. And this song is in the "Cancionero de Palacio" a manuscript with Spanish music of the Renaissance.
@dumnorkevi probably not, if the language is Old Castilian the song must be very old. The languages of the iberian peninsula that we speak today appeared after the invasion
I know you dont to this on purpose but could you put the name of actual language they are singing? At least on description label I am just curious xD because frankly sometimes is hard to distingue one another Medieval Iberia was full of kingdmons and nations each own with their own tongue and language example Portuguese-Galician(speak mainly on Portugal and Galicia) and Catalan and Aragone(spoke on Crown of Aragon)

So some real medieval works coming from Spain, and really famous too, are the "Cantigas de Santa Maria" comicioned by King Alfonso X el sabio.
