I was bullied a lot and wanted to do something about it, I would tell the teachers and they would say I should stop telling on them, then I told the principle and they did nothing. Sometimes kids have to do it on their own, which it shouldn't have to reach that point. The PURPOSE of schools is to subjugate people, that's why they TOLERATE bullies-- also since the law forces kids to be there under penalty of prison, so the schools know they can get away with it, and they just blow off the issue since they'd rather blame the victim and let them fend for themselves.

The problem is that schools force kids to take the law into their own hands, since they refuse to ENFORCE the law, and parents almost NEVER know their rights.

Maybe it's a guy thing, but if you get in a fight it's win, lose, or draw. Lick your wounds and learn from it. Most guys respect one another afterwards. It builds character :)
One thing I can say for certain though is that there was an instigator. It was most likely a girl, but could be another guy who had a beef with the kid who body slammed the little punk.
If the bully was my son I would ask him what he learned. And I better hear him say Don't listen to bullshit from instigators.
