  • The video edition of this very good, you are on the right track.

    If you drop in more movements are light and strong at the same time, is natural, do not think with their heads but with the body.

  • u have potential its just that u need to work ur arm strength up more...with stronger upperbody and core u can go up stuff sooo much faster it helps alot.......do a shitload of pushups, pullups, chinups, annd keep climbing up walls to help pull urself up it will help alot

  • Pretty nice vid mate. You should train your upper body strength and remember to do a lot of conditioning stuff. Because if you really want to move after two years or so you must train your body. Then to the movement in general: Take full steps when running between obstacles. If you do so will be much more efficient and your flow is better. Also remember to land properly and practise foot placement.

  • Hey just wanted to say that you are doing awesome and just keep training. That is definitely really good for only doing it for 2 days. I would just recommend you work on strength so are your climb-ups are more fluid and easier. Good Video!
