@jorjinio11 Bro, i found out! you have to boot from the CD, and not just run it. Put in your windows cd and restart your computer, then click on boot from cd.. if that doesnt come up you have to change your BIOS settings.

IF this process worked for me i would be so happy but my CD/DVD drive never recognises a disc inside it at booting up, even if i change the DVD drive to be the first to start up at startup it just skips it. My only way is to install windows 7 with command prompt at the recovery options. Can someone Please,Please,Please help me go through it to start up the program of windows 7 setup. After that it just will be easy for me.

Btw if you have an iso then you have to mount to your cp then use win to flash to mount it to a gb flash then boot off it by selecting hardrive in bios then setting flash as primary or first hard drive.

@ZarCus1984 OEM = original equipment manufacturer. on boot up look for the F-Button to select where to boot from.

example on some computers to select the boot device you need to press F12
