I recall first hearing this song at the suggestion of a friend a few years back. I then watched this particular video around that same time after querying it on here. (I meant to say something then and forgot, but four years later I can finally say something.) Contained within both the song and video, its casual bleakness, its plain persistence, its very repetition...the music assails its listener by melodic melancholia with its chanted, gang vocals and folk instrumentation. "I know it well."
