Glad to hear it. These guys put on one of the best live shows out there. As a matter of fact, I'm going to see them again this summer - fifth time live for me!
i think i have been a total of 16 or 17 times, Shawn is my cousin so everytime they are within 4 or 5 hours of my house my family goes and watches them
Jason burns this up!! He has a younger brother who is an awesom picker too!! I have known them for 25 years and trust me they can pick..you should here them togher. They are truley great!!
Jason Burleson is the most under-appreciated banjo player in bluegrass. He plays as intricate, clean, and fast (when necessary) as anyone in bluegrass.
Yep. He calls it his ironing board and it fits in something about the size of an electric guitar case. I'm not sure if you've seen Wayne Taylor in person but he's about 5'5" at best so I'm sure lugging a big double bass around was never that easy for him. I don't blame him at all for using the electric.
I think Shawn is way more underrated than he should be. I think he is one of the best bluegrass mandolinist there is.

Golly Miss Molly. These guys are good. This is like The Out Of Town Boys videos. Both great bands.

Yep. Wayne Taylor uses a Clevenger electric bass for travel. It's much easier to move with than the old acoustic Kay he uses in the studio.
