From 1:49 - 2:00 the tune briefly goes into 5/4 time. Needless to say, the original "Catswalk" demo did no such thing, although it did give George Harrison an opportunity to finally get some use out of his whammy-bar.
Tony Barrow's liner notes mention that Paul McCartney is among the cat-callers at the end. My guess is that he does the "Wooooooo" at 2:07. What do you think?

McCartney plays piano and sing harmonies in this one. You could also hear him yell "play it slower" towards the end.
