It's a long time since I've been in Cebu. What amazes me in this video is the cleanliness of the road. The Cebu that I remember in the 80's were full of liters and plastics in the road sides and side walks. Tremendous improvement has been down played, I think generally the Philippines or maybe atleast Cebu has become a much better place than it was during my younger days.

Best Jeepneys in the Philippines, go to Iloilo.  There is no comparison. Interior and exterior, the build and powerful engines, they have it all!

Im from cebu and i agree with you. been to different cities in the philippines but there's nothing like ILO-ILO jeepneys, design wise and comfort wise. they are not like the colorful adorned classic pasajero jeppney. ILO-ILO jeepneys "HYBRIDS" of the typical jeepneys.
