  • nice!!!

  • @4:38-6:09

  • FAIL in desc, FREAM

  • 1:55 - 3:10 NICE

  • 1:55 - 3:10 NICE

  • Great Music!!!

  • I believe that every writter of fiction has an extrasensorial influence from another dimension. There is an Avatar dimension, a Harry Potter dimension, a LotR dimension...

  • @Sparfregundo I love that idea.

And it's so awesome some one else thought of that besides me, just makes me feel more convinced its true.

  • I have honestly never heard a more perfect piece of music than this. It starts with a great alien cry, giving us a taste of what the whole movie will be. Then we move on to horn climaxes interspersed with female solos, representing the big solid things like the planet and ship, and the emptiness of space, respectively. We get a big explosion next as we see the monstrous machines, and then some really driving music as though it's saying, This is it Jake, this is your new life. No turning back.

  • While all of you are blabbering about whether or not the Nav'i exist, whether or not the movie sucked, I'm enjoying this music. However, just to throw something out, I'd rather be a human in this movie. There's something so beautiful about human invention and human engineering and thirst for knowledge about the universe. While the Nav'i are stuck on their world and worshipping a tree, I'm in space! *insert Portal 2 reference here*

  • Balance is lost on our world, the earth is fighting a losing battle... people these days are the action-reactionary types, but what is to happen to them and us when they ruin the world beyond repair? They may try to repair but all efforts will be folly...

  • amazing how a song on YouTube can get people so hyped up that they start debating real life problems.... just shut it, scroll up and enjoy the music.... please..

  • HOW BOUT YOU ALL SHUT UP AND ENJOY MY COMMENT!! LOLZ

  • Im doing a synchronized swimming routine to music from Avavtar! SO excited!

  • @pinkypink332 i want to do an ice skating program to avatar music SO BAD

  • Can you all shut the fuck up and enjoy the goddamn music? Take your theological debates elsewhere. Damn.

  • does anyone really read these fucking youtube debates anyway?

the video does not deserve this sort of meaningless banter eh

  • @meeatsbabies

    I totaly agree with you.

  • take that george lucas james cameroon actually invented a planet with more than one geological feature

  • Every religious person who takes it on those who want to believe in the Na'vi should really step back. I am pretty sure that we have at least some loyal christian Amercians posting here ;)

And everyone else: calm down. They don't hurt anybody.

  • SHUT UP AND ENJOY THE MUSIC.

  • @wilky1189 Oh no...what's going on underneath again? Should I look?

  • I agree that it's not a movie. It's a hell of a ride.

  • WE GOTTA BUILD INTERSTELLAR VESSELS NOWW !! LETS FIND PANDORA ALREADY :P

  • i can't wait for the next avatar film to come out, there is going to be another two, & you know they will be awesome :D

  • hey whats the problem? so what belife is just wanting something to be real

if you say hey i belive in god it's not because you have proof it's just because you want it to be real

so hey i want the navi to be real to

beside in the hundreds upon thousands upon millions of universes out their, their has to be something simmalr to the navi. the likelyhood of their not being is just to dam small

  • Comment removed

  • this music is almost creepy in a way ....its really cool i love it!

  • I feel sorry for you all, it's just a movie!!!! There is absolutely NO SUCH THING AS A NA'VI! They are just characters in a movie made by james cameron! you guys need a life i swear haha

  • Go alana

  • @missphoebe99 Lol Thanks Pheebs

  • Go alana

  • People dont buy a 3D TV not worth it!

  • If People Would Just Live There Life And Stop Worrying About The Future....... The World Would Be Immense If We Cared About Or Land Like The Na'vi

  • @StellarJetman You say that some millions have major problems then? And historians may be wrong because there is no REAL proof that Jesus or Buddha does exist.

  • @TechnoMasterBoy dead wrong. there are vedic scriptures dating thousands years back that clearly state the existence of buddha. these scriptures were written by scholars and kings. as for jesus i dunno i dont care.

  • @heavyironmusic How do you know that somebody haven't just made it up? It could be possible to make them look very real.

  • @TechnoMasterBoy the way u r talkin you can say that king henry didnt exist. attila the hun didnt exist, charles darwin didnt exist. y cause all we have of these people are written records and drawings. does that mean they didnt exist.nope it doesnt. you see the only evidence we that any of the historical figures existed is through historic records. thats how we know the buddha existed.

  • I remeber the first time i went to go see Avatar in 3D! Let me remind you that i never even heard of the movie before! I was Blown away lol

  • Both James Cameron & James Horner are geniuses, & the combination of the two is basically Godly.

  • Avatards vs Haters, stage set!

    FIGHT!

  • @TechnoMasterBoy The simple fact of the matter is that in some alternate universe the Na'vi existed, do exist or will exist. People need to open their minds and realize that any decision can create an infinite number of alternate universes where anything is possible such as the existence of the Na'vi. And I do believe they do.

  • ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lol i don't know how to set thse icons but i just copyed it :)

  • ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥

  • "In the 22nd century, the population of the planet had more than tripled since the previous century. Due to pollution, famine, poverty, and war, the population had topped out at around 20 billion people. The Earth is now a decaying world, covered in a haze of greenhouse gasses. Anyone left out in the open or in the cities, must wear oxygen-replenishing cleaners, called exopacks, over their faces just to survive one Earth day. The less fortunate are left on their own. "

  • i dreamed that i was flying. I was free... But then i woke up and realised i still cant fly.

  • I HATE ALT + 3. PLEASE DONT USE IT ANYMORE ON YOUTUBE. THANK YOU. ♥

  • I Love it !!!! ♥

  • i hate all the hippie talk about saving earth and wanting to be like smurfs associated with this movie...

  • na´vi do not exist..they were created by the james cameron mind and head and creativity....space is REALLY big of course theres more life out there...but stop dreaming about Na´vi´s :)

  • der anfang ist toll :))

  • I believe, that we can be like the Na'vi. We can treasure our Earth as much as they do. We don't need all this construction crap everywhere, I believe that we have all that we need. We should also be thankful that we haven't destroyed nature yet. We have already hurt the Earth, but we can heal it. Like seriously guys, start by recycling and composting. Also, if you ever cut down a tree, then replant a new one to make up for the cutting down. We should love our Earth.

  • @PantsOfSisterBee Nature is just a pile of resources to use. And for reference, logging companies reseed the areas where they have cut down the trees to make sure there are trees there in the future, it's standard procedure. Of course, like everything else, it's done in self interest. A logging company won't be able to stay in business when there are no trees.

  • @Cordar I'm sorry, but I have to stand up for the planet. Every plant, everything you see has life or helps support life. Nature is not just a pile of resources, it is a whole world of wonderous things. Can't you see the beauty? If we keep cutting trees at an alarming rate, reseeding isn't going to help. And by the way, they often reseed with pines or evergreens that are fast growing and do not support photosynthesis, the process that allows you and I to breathe. Just think about it...please.

  • @TheMandalore16 Beauty is fleeting. It has no purpose beyond looking pretty. Beauty have no practical purpose in the grand scheme of things. And most of the oxygen comes from the oceans and the forests in the northern hemisphere. The rain forests actually contribute quite little on a global scale.

  • @Cordar It is true that beauty is fleeting. It doesn't last. But the earth is a paradise if you think about it. You cannot ignore that we have changed the earth for the worse and will suffer for it. We can start to fix it now. I know much of the oxygen comes from those sources, but illegal cutting is affected the rain forest and the ocean is reaching its limit as far as how many pollutants and carbon dioxide it can hold. What kind of earth do I want to leave for my kid, for your kid?

  • @TheMandalore16 Paradise? A fleeting word that can vanish in the blink of an eye. Nature have managed to destroy itself over and over again in the past. Wiped out most life, forcing the fragments to claw themselves back. Nature is a chaos under constant change, and change is often violent. Nature looks pretty on the outside, but just below that facade the world was never a paradise. Just a churning chaos where the law of the jungle reigns supreme though at the random whims of the universe.

  • @Cordar True, and we are a part of that cycle. I believe in God though, and that he gave us stewardship over the earth, not ownership. I know the world is going to end. When that happens I do not know, but while I'm here, I'd like to protect what's out there. Though the animals do not care the same way about us, though they are untamed and dangerous, I still admire them. And I still care for them. This planet is my home. And I'll fight to keep it pure and clean and fit for life. Won't you?

  • @TheMandalore16 The planet will end once the star swells up enough to burn it to a crisp in a few to several billion years. And I'm an atheist. If I want to put my faith anywhere at all, it would be Humanity. And the biosphere will not dissapear because of Humans, life does not dissapear from so little. What life can, will adapt and keep living, those that can't will die off. There are species of fish that thrive in polluted water, and life have been found thriving in impossible places.

  • @Cordar I'm talking about common courtesy. It IS possible to take care of the planet much better than we are. I don't know when the earth's going to end, nobody does, but if things continue this way and our values drop lower and lower, it's going to be a little sooner than a few billion years. I know life can exist in terrible conditions or at depths that would crush the human body. But why should it have to if we can keep the place tidy? All life would benefit, and that's why i care. LIFE.

  • @TheMandalore16 And what purpose does life have? To be pretty? No, the only purpose that life carries is to survive, by any and all means necessary. And Humans are the only ones that have the potential to carry out that measure of survival in ways that other life can't mimic, to expand the biosphere to someplace else.

And we hold values high enough, you need to stop watching the regular news, all they do is feed you with bad news. Statistics shows we are actually too nice.

  • @Cordar Exactly. We DO have the potential to live life in a way animals could never dream of. Humans have the potential to be the most constructive or destructive force on the planet. I do not base my research or opinions on statistics either. I base it on natural evidence. Ask the locals at the places where global warming is changing their ways, look at the species that are suffering, dying out or dissapearing, look at the ocean. We're avoiding the facts. It's later than you realize.

  • @Cordar I've been thinking about what you said about the random whims of the universe. If it is random, why are life processes set up so efficiently, so cleanly as to be a perfect ecosystem to sustain life? Our planet rests on the edge of a knife. If it had deviated even one degree from its current position, who knows if any life could exist here. Everything I've ever seen, through my microscope or with my unaided eye, tells me something else is out there. I want life to benefit and continue.

  • @PantsOfSisterBee Trees are good!

  • @Sharavis Very good.

  • Holy mother of all that is holy. Are you guys really having a heated debate over the Na'vi? You know, the FICTIONAL species created for a film? If this is the next generation, I weep for the future.

  • @jackleando Thank you for finally calling them out on this. :)

  • Jake Sully- 1:50 -2:05 "Up ahead was Pandora. You grew up hearing about it, but I never figured I'd be going there...."

  • 10 thumbs up for TechnoMasterBoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I say its possible the na'vi exist as there is nearly infinity amount of planets to look for so theey probally would exist somewhere.

I support all believers of the na'vi!!!

  • Oh god this movie would be perfectly okay if it wasn't for some of the batshit crazy fans. I actually liked Avatar well enough. It was fun for a few hours of movie-watching, and I'm a sucker for shiny visuals.

but holy fucking tits, it worries me that people like TechnoMasterBoy can vote, drive and operate machinery. If you want to go live with ~fictional creatures~, then that's kind of awkward. if you believe that someday you actually can, I..don't know what to say about that.

  • @BlackEvanescence Uh what do you mean by "TechnoMasterBoy can vote, drive and operate machinery."?

Sorry i'm norwegian so i don't understand too much :)

  • @4theemperor

U obviously didn't watch the behind the scenes of Avatar, because the acting was phenomenal and if it wasn't a very good movie then why is it the highest profitable movie of all time.

  • It wasn't very good movie, plot was weak, unoriginal and predictible, acting wasnt oscar-worthy either. But it had that CGI magic that just made you go "woah" at this.

  • 1:50-2:05 i remember when they showed Pandora from space with this melody the first time i saw this movie. beautiful.

  • i seriously loooove this movie!! aaand soundtrack :)

  • favorite part of this music 0:04-0:32

  • When i first saw this movie i didnt even really know what it was about or anything. I was completely blown away!!!

  • I started having these dreams of flying....... I was Free

  • well i'm looking forward to avatar 2 and 3......(coming in 2014).......

  • Although the plot of the movie was somewhat weak and VERY predictable, it was still a beautiful movie in terms of graphics.

  • @lookatmySB oh yes it was! well in my opinion, you have to admit tho it was very well made and awesome music!

  • They need to bring the movie through the theaters agian, I REALLY wanted to see this in imax 3D !

  • @mathegiik wait for the sequals yo then jizz in your pants

  • @mathegiik

it kicked ass in the Imax 3D xD

  • the whole intro with this music is so frakking beautiful... with Jake opening his eyes on the giant spaceship emerging from cryo, scenes with his brother ''one life ends, another begins'', with shuttle landing on the planet...out of this world.

Can't wait to see super-extended cut with footage of Earth, the hunt scene etc.

  • 1:51-2:00 is quite deep to me, probably my favourite part.

  • This sound brings back so much memories. Even though it was just last year when I saw this film, it feels like it brings back memories from before I was born.. :D

  • Listening to this music makes me want to see the movie in 3-D again...

  • 2:38 - I like that.

  • Allez voir ma vidéo que j'ai faite pour rendre hommage à ce magnifique film qui est pour moi le meilleur film du monde "Avatar le film/the movie" en 3 parties. Go watch my video that I have made to pay tribute to this magnificent movie which is for me the best movie of the world "Avatar le film/the movie" in 3 part.

  • gänsehaut!

    on engl...

    ... skin like a chicken? :D

  • @rausinen93 its called "goosebumps" ^^ Greetings from germany

  • @rausinen93 more like a goose skin in German :D but goosebumps in English

  • I SEE YOU!!!!!!

  • Can't agree more, man!

  • I started having these dreams of flying...

  • @rockyinchester ... i was free.

  • Just say the extended edition in IMAX 3D and I rushed home having to listen to the sound track again and again, BEST MOVIE!!! Extended edition just made it 10X better!!

  • that trumpet solo at 0:59 sounds like The Wrath of Khan

  • @absurdlyawesome I agree. All of Horner's scores sound the same, but then most film composer's stuff carries the same musical thematic cues. It's still a pretty impressive score.I reckon Howard Shore's score for THE LORD OF THE RINGS are the best scores in decades. He really captured the spirit of Tolkien on a musical level.

  • The beginning of "You don't dream in Cryo" is just so EPIC!

  • i love it!

  • great!

  • Man, the epic-ness of this film was nailed in the first 30 seconds of this track.

  • LOVE 7 ********** my furture

  • "One life ends. Another begins" - Jake Sulley

  • Genial !!!

  • @SeXeHRD I agree :) The music and visuals were incredible, but the plot was very mediocre :L

  • @SeXeHRD hater

  • I just stepped a whole step closer to my ultimate goal of a bio luminescent forest,, I just successfully landed bioluminescent genes in ecoli. positive expression! now onto plants!

  • @arkfussion good luck and keep me informed plz i would love to see how it would turn out

  • @ShroomSamich

oh cmon you rly dont want to post that under an avatar fanboy vid? ;)

btw it s not about the stroy being something original and new... it s about the way it s told!

  • @ShroomSamich Seriously, Avatar is the best movie I'VE EVER SEEN. It's one of the best movies EVER MADE. Don't you dare critisise it!!

  • @MsBabbi

Watch Dances with Wolfs, its the same thing, just Avatar has aliens... thats the only difference!

  • @narutouzumakie

Dude, I think Princess Mononoke is the greatest movie ever, but its storyline is essentially the exact same as this movie, and yet I still love Princess Mononoke. A LOT of movies have about the same storyline, but like someone else has said, it's about how it's told, that makes the difference.

  • @SaikoTaiko

I agree, I love me some mononoke, but this movie is presented the same way as DWW

  • @SaikoTaiko ... i would have thought that the disney movie Pocahontas was a closer fit. settlers from another world coming over to see if the land is worth anything and starts a war with the natives. the native female and the settler male... Yeah Princess Mononoke, love that movie but its not nearly as close a match as Pocahonta. PM was more about demons and gods fighting humans for the construction of the city.

  • HUMAN TECHNOLOGY <3

  • If I could live on Pandora, I would. Sadly, it is just a movie. The closest thing I got to living there is the video game and it sucks thanator ass, whether or not it has an ass is up for debates...

  • come to poppa!!!!!!!!!!!!1

  • I wish they made a 3D distributive version of avatar for home cinema.... Shit i wish this so hard... damn lol =)

I wanna see it again in 3d IMAX lol... and then again... and then again... and so on

    lol)

  • @SeXeHRD hey man - they have! Check out Samsung's website. Apparently they have now created a 3D home television, which you use with glasses like in the cinema. Of course, it's not going to be cheap though! For that, you have to wait some years!

  • i need to see this film again! its epic!

  • It seems to me that any animated film suffers at the Oscars tho, its like they are afraid of giving it too much acclaim. Avatar is prove that with vision, the technology AND the right people in production aswell as the actors concerned you can produce an amazing movie. I for one was in awe watching this in 3D at the movies.

  • drums to 0:32 amazing

  • i have seen avatar more than 10 times now. this movie will be never boring, i love it!!!!!

  • Why is this music so epic? :D I think I'm gonna buy this album tonight, it's too amazing

  • so hammer der film!!! (2mal gesehn im kino ein mal zu hause)

  • I watched this movie last night and totally fell in love with it, even if it is pretty much Pocahontas(love that movie too.)

  • i've seen avatar 9 times

  • 2:10-2:11. James Horner used that piece of music in other films before this one :)

  • @MASSEFFECTfan101

but avatar is the best of them

  • @likeajnin True. This is an amazing soundtrack.

  • yeah Up's music was the only thing that deserved to beat Avatar.

  • I can't wait for the DVD APRIL 22!!!

  • iv developed a love for what i think is african tribal music?

  • I'm still in love with this world, with pandora, the na'vi <3

I will buy the soundtrack and the movie, 100%!! ( was in cinema 3 times)

  • my Friend said that they make a Avatar 2 O.ô

    but I say that`s wrong ^^

    what do YOU think ?!?!

  • love the beginning *_*

  • same

  • An ambitious film that is so breathtaking, it detracts you from the fact that Cameron's characters are caricatures...I watched it free in HD quality at

    newWATCHmovies(dot)com

  • And why did everyone give me thumbs down just because i wanted to find Na'vi and live with them? there is no good reason for giving me thumbs down for that... because they are so peacefully and i know that most of the peoples does really want to live with Na'vi because it's so beautifull race and the forest is beautifull. so many peoples should give me thumbs up for that and other reason is because i'm telling the truth so whoever cares to join me then message me we will find the Na'vi one day!

  • Uhm, It's a badass movie that affected my life, but not that much. Na'vi sadly don't exist, bro. It's a fictional race created by James Cameron.

  • @TechnoMasterBoy yo, ... you are living in a dream.. wake up or else you`ll miss your ticket on the train of life,.. Peace

  • @TechnoMasterBoy

because its only a movie and the Na'vi unfortunately dont exist

  • @GrenadianGirl2 Well i beleive that Na'vi does exist. and now peoples thumbed me up. Thank you to everyone who's really caring and cares about the Na'vi :)

  • @TechnoMasterBoy after 5 months do you still believe a fictional character exists?

thats pretty stupid bro, do you think the same about jack and the beanstalk?

  • @tommydangerdoyle I wonder how many of you stupid peoples will still argue with me. LET US BELIEVE IN WHAT WE WANT! And yes, I believe in Jesus so I believe HE is real. (or actually KNOW that HE is real.) Why do you even bother trying to argue with me when you're failing so hard?

  • @TechnoMasterBoy whos arguing? im just pointing out blatant stupidity

  • @tommydangerdoyle You are arguing. And what if you're wrong? What if they DO exist? Then you're the stupid one? You haven't searched all of the outer space or on earth for them. So you got nothing to say.

  • @TechnoMasterBoy im not wrong your just an idiot. they dont exist there just the creation from someones imagination. if they did exists did you think they just visited the people who made avatar so only they knew what they looked like, your the biggest idiot on youtube

  • @TechnoMasterBoy Thumb up ? You look just dumb... Navi's don't exist, and ask for some "thumbs up" is so silly. What is it going to bring you ? Nothing ! (sorry about my english, I'm not pretty good).

  • @Ge0graphic Well the thumbs up is to see how many peoples that care about what i say and care about the Na'vi. And you should shut up because some peoples actually beleive they exist. Like you can't go to an person and say that Jesus/Buddha or someone else don't exist... For example. "You don't exist". Wouldn't that be dumb to say? Everyone have theyr free will to beleive in something.

  • @TechnoMasterBoy Seriously ? You indeed think that Navi 's exists? In that case I can nothing more for you... And xD... And if you had culture, you would know that Jesus existed, it is proved !!!

PS : I'm agnostic, I don't think that it have a life after death but, as you say "Everyone have theyr free will to beleive in something." (believe in Navi's... ROFL !!!)

  • @TechnoMasterBoy You're really stupid if you think the Na'vi actually exist.

  • @FluffyPonBomb Why is that stupid??? There are MILLIONS that does beleive that Na'vi does exist. You then call MILLIONS of peoples stupid?

  • @TechnoMasterBoy Yes. People who believe they exist are stupid.

  • @FluffyPonBomb Whos to say?? we all have our own beliefs. some people believe in love. Love cannot be seen, but does that mean it doesn't exist? Love is a feeling felt by an individual. It cannot be heard or judged through the human eye...

  • @TechnoMasterBoy

The people who believe they exist are kidding themselves. Statistically, there are almost certainly alien species of near-human, human or even super-human intelligence at a technologically primitive stage. However, to assume that many of them would look even remotely human is arrogant in the extreme. Furthermore, to assume that amongst those who do fit the above criteria you would find individuals who live like the Native Amazon tribes is plain ridiculous.

  • @nashertheatheist people on earth live like that why couldnt it be possible for another world to having the same existence ?
