@nyxe10 As a matter of fact it IS gothic metal, just POSITIVE gothic metal. The pictures don't fit because they represent only the negative side of gothic music, while Stefan Hertrich wanted to emphasize the positive aspects. On the EP you can also find an essay by him titled "Positive outlook despite and because of Gothic/Metal." You can also find an interesting interview with him on Metal Storm. Just search for "metalstorm net spiritual interview" on Google.

Looking at the style it is soemthing about being broken.For example the egyptians had a very peacefull comunity.Despite the lies they tel about them.And when the last mighty empires fell and spiritual life too people started to be broken to go after money.I think this is Gothic.Broken souls
