It's a corporate office building I think.... if you look at musicfreakcc's tutorial on filming elevators, it mentions if you go into those kinds of buildings you should dress nicely to make sure you look like someone who could be working there.

you have to be dressed formally when filming in an office building becuase security will make you leave an think your a unauthorized person.

They are in a high-rise office building. Many people there wear tuxedos or nice clothes there. They need to blend in or they would look suspicious. I had to do that myself when I went to Charlotte to film elevators, but I didn't wear a tuxedo, but just a black t-shirt with nice pants and $60 leather shoes.
