After you completely earn the governor's trust, shell give you a key that gives you access to the final parts of the city, near the fountain. This is entirely optional, but you probably need to do it to get enough pearls to get the space engine. Doing this gets you quite a few.

I'd be flamed to say, but I believe this is FAR BETTER than Mirror's Edge gameplay and storyline wise. Sure it doesn't have all those fancy actobatics, only basic ones, but it's a totally different experience, and quite a good one. Besides, the graphic style along with the storyline and gameplay touches some childhood strings in everyone I know, who played that game, and that IS a rare experience

I friggin love both Beyond Good and Evil and Mirror's Edge. I can't wait for Beyond Good and Evil 2 to come out (if it even does) but if its coming out for PS3 I'm gonna have to kill myself for not being able to play that game will break my heart

@TheCiahast both are pretty much fancy platformers. Both have acrobatics, and both make sure you don't have a weapon most of the game

You're first two points are basically the same and in ME your weapons are your fists, you can also pick up weapons whenever you feel.

The gameplay itself in both games are completely different. Like you said, "it's a totally different experience."

well, he was captured for quite some time IIRC, so that's possible... but the depression was more because of "you can't battle opressors with news, only with guns" kind of feeling, I got used to by playing other games

I think they will. The new teaser is supposed to represent the games in-game graphics and while it looks technically impressive I think it looks gritty and doesnt have the magic of the 1st one art style which is one of selling points for the last game. Also it indicates to me the game may not be as fun. Still just my oppinion.
