  • This training is shit. I could do this easily and Im only 13. You do pull ups wrong. You tie your feet around eachother which is right but I see you kicking them outward when you go up. Oh and its called effective critism cuz this aint hard, I could do all of this and more. Im not tlk its not very hard to do 30 pull ups. I dont know what weak ass country u live in, but in philly all us teenagers can do 30 pull ups.

  • when doing push ups, do them slowly and pause at the bottom for a second or 2 to get the best workout from it. Ignore everyone that is trying to put you down, this stuff aint easy to do especially as it is hard in some areas to find decent equipment to train on. i live in a small town in england and its impossible to find somewhere decent to train! You have to work what you have got and keep going!

    can toughen your knucles abit aswell if its done on concrete or gravel.

  • Try using a fingerboard for finger strength. They have them in indoor rock climbing places. rock climbing n bouldering are good for working out.

  • That's not going to strengthen your fingers, a lot of your weight is supported by your feet. Do push ups on your finger tips and/ or just hang from the bricks by your fingers (and with time start moving around with hands only.

  • With the finger training exercise. Your not really training your fingers. By the way. Your training your lower arm muscles and shoulder/back muscles. The only thing which makes your fingers more resistant, is that your nerves ignore the pain eventually. Other then that. Good video. For the ones who start training with push-up's. It's wise to do them slowly. For maxium result.

  • Not necessarily, slow push ups are useful but so are fast explosive push ups. It's called being versatile.

  • If you wanna be good.. make sure your upper body strength is nice and packed. The less weight you carry the more balance you get. Work on your handstand push ups and you'll get a lot of the "butterfly" muscle built up.

  • Hey man that was great!! I have a great idea - this adapts to your pull ups but requires technique and skill also.. muscle ups. They are a good test of strength and technique. Also try adding gradient to your pusups or even small amounts of weights maybe like a bunch of old magazines in a bag, but hey keep up the good work!

  • yo you should try attaching weight to yourself when u do pullups. its a great way to get past your plateau and will probably get you stronger. it worked for me and i can knock out 30 pullups at 165.

  • when you do push ups you need to keep your head up and look straight ahead. And try to work on agility for the rolling barrel or stuff like that

  • Great vid indeed. Your lucky to have all those structures to climb there at home. I think you should tray holding your feet straight and sticked together as tall as you can while doing pull-ups. Try to make a 90 degree angle. And yes, implement gymnastics. I would also like to see what you can do with a horizontal rope. How many meters can you go with your arms only? Show me that on your next video.

  • Ha! I have over 45 secs. But mostly becuz im light!!! You prob. have more lower body muscles too. XD

  • Some hanging leg lifts (get 'em as high as you can) will help with that VICIOUS pipe slider transfer. Will also help with the dismount of the pipe slider.

    Also, think about running up hills and stuff. Will help for the more lower-body-intensive first stage.

  • hey great stuff so far only things i can think for you to try and add are maybe so some gymnastics to help with agility and strength on a different level and also maybe so some rock climbing if you have somewhere you can go around you. And for the spider climb i would try and find maybe a long hallway like in an appartment building so you get the feel of doing it on something smooth instead of always on something rocky. And keep up the kempo to it'll help with leg strength and flexability.

  • Great job on your training, you're pretty good on upper body strength (Your lats must be like iron), but you might want to look into lower back, and leg exercises while still doing your upper body. Try to start off your training with a set of squats (By the way, jumping squats with weight will destroy your knees. . .) and start running up stairs etc. Great video, and 5 stars, keep up the fantastic work and you'll be on Ninja Warrior sooner than you think!

  • 5'7" and 140? Really? I can do more than 12 pull ups, but I'm 5'7" and 127. Not a bad workout routine minus the swinging bars thing.

  • The jumping bars was very good. Btw, can you do one-armed pushups, handstand pushups, and one-legged squats? Those would be good choices for your next vid.

  • i would suggest going to the gym and doing strength training , lots of weight, little reps, and do alot of forearm training as well, walk around with a hand cruncher thing if you dont alrdy, a decent one is 10 bucks at walmart, maybe even take some supplements if not alrdy doing that either, but gj keep up the work

  • Great job! If you are not doing them do...DIPS...JUMP ROPE...DO JUMP SQUATS WITH A BARBELL ON YOUR BACK(WEIGHTED)...RUN STAIRS/HILLS...just some ideas to bring up your game. Keep up the good work!
