Totally love Sean and Alex. Very emotional scene. She totally felt betrayed by him but he obviously cares a lot for her and vice versa.

Of course she hit him. When he gave her her father's watch back it meant something major to her. To find out that this heart warming gesture had been a trick he'd used to try and kill her partner, of course she feels betrayed and hurt. So when he says he didn't want her to get hurt it kind of sends her over the edge. As in "you have the nerve to say you didn't want to hurt me, when you used my father's memory and my feelings for you to try and kill my partner."
