Yes it sets off smoke detectors. There are other ways to detect fires though and still comply with all life-safety bylaws. Not a problem

Its obvious you are affiliated with Flashfog. However anywa not smart enough to relize that fact.. simply contact Statefarm, USAA or Geico etc and you can obtain the truth about security foggers. Sorry guys its NO GO in the USA.

Shattergard: You should know the system is designed so it its impossible to activate while the engine is running. its electrically impossible. This is very well illustrated in the installation manual, my installer was actually impressed about how that. I told myinsurers and they say they will contact flashfog because they are so impressed.

I just bought and installed one (06' 350z) and its AMAZING. Shattergard: do u have proof this is illegal? i asked several cops and instead they just love it, they said there is no problem in fact one of them says he is getting one.
