Most of that bouncing is actually a short dip and drive of the knees, and hips giving a boost to the lift. On the return down a sink helps to cushion the landing. When working with speed, form sometimes gets sacrificed, but we always strive for proper form. Everyone in the workout was/is safe and healthy and still trains avidly at our gym.
Whole body movements are great, but yes I wonder about that form of throwing weights around.

Some good stuff in there, but I'm seeing a lot of what looks like uncontrolled bouncing with the weights. Isn't this a certain path to injury?
