@kxr225522  You can play as any nation basically, if you want for an example Serbia instead of Yugoslavia you can simply edit it in the editor that comes with the game.

@overfiendavi actually its a great game this video doesnt show it very well. The fun is creating your empire and watching other countries trying the same. It spans the entire of WW2 and the entire globe and you can play as any country even Ireland. You cant do that with Red Alert which is just a click fest for kids. Try the demo you might surprise yourself and actually like it.

@WsobelBosHerz Nah HOI2 is about the same as Making History, true its a bit more complex but then it is more about maneuovering Corps size armies around - its better for 'small' engagements such as El Alamein and Battle of the Bulge whereas Making History has a more overview type of approach to the war.

Yes you can play as any country as long as you get the Gold Version of the game. The original version advertised here only allows you to play the originalk major countries. The Gold version can be downloaded on Gamersgate or Steam. There is also a new game MH2 buts its full of bugs at the moment keep an eye on it over next few months. Personally I rate the MH1 Gold game better than HOI2 and theres no higher accolade than that in my eyes.

Food can be upgraded manually in each ''land'' u can see that u can upgrade roads etc etc and there ull find food production

@aaron9099 well i cant get a video up for a while, but ill try to explain briefly. the whole point of this game is . u can be anyone of the major countries that played a role in ww2 such as usa, uk, germany, japan, ussr, even china. i dont know the whole game yet either but ive played a few times. basically build up ur countries economy and armies. the whole objective is gathering as many points as u can by the time all ur turns have been expended. u can actually continue after all turns are up

Yes You click on a city and you click on - navy - then you see transports creation.

Also when using them is no hard at all.. just press ur men into the water and its done!

Also watch how many boats you have in the top left corner before u transport many troops
