  • Wait, why the insane high reps? I'd imagine all the spinal flexion must be a bit stressful

  • @fhunkymonkey Because I woke up and 1000 seemed like a good number.. My mind works like that.. If you have followed any of my routines they are all very high intense, high rep and most of them heavy weight, I just like pushing my body to its limits. My back feels great, abs do not even feel tired right now

  • Also its the guys over on squat and dead lift trying to lift to much that are going to be tearing their backs up not the guys in the corner doing their own bodyweight abs routines :)

  • I hope people realize that it's not how many reps of however many ab exercises you perform, 70% of revelaing your abs is diet. A lot of this specific workout will be wasted effort and meaningless wear and tear on your back.

  • @Kosyghin Yes this routine is not intended for people who are not in good condition, the key is knowing your body well enough to not try things you are not capable of doing without injury.. Abs are made in the kitchen, I preach it everyday.. Core strength is crucial, but doing abs for visual purposes alone without proper nutrition will not get you abs!!!
