does it say that you are missing a DLL file ? if it does, go to DLLdownloads(dot)com and search for the missing DLL file, thena download it and move it into your Rise and fall folder.

to open this file, windows needs to know what program created it. then it says i can look it up online or manually select it from a list of programs. what do i do?
