  • happy to learn that ur husband liked it. Soon upload karuveppali milagu kuzambu.

  • Hello Aunty, My husband's favourite is vathal kuzhambu with sepankizhangu fry. But after marriage, I never prepared it the way my MIL does. I prepared the vathal kuzhambu the same way you mentioned yesterday for lunch, he wanted me to prepare it again as a side dish in the evening for adai and he awarded me "vathal kuzhambu specialist". Thank you so much. In 3 years, this is the first time I prepared this one as he wants. Can you please also show how to make karuveppilai milagu kuzhambu?

  • Dear Parents,

Happy to see your videos. All your recipes are really fantastic and it is a great job too.

Just remembering my father and mother...

    Thanks

    ramya kasiraman

  • Nice! Traditional (but modern) method...

    Thanks maami and maama.

PS: It's hilarious that maama is providing 'value added comments' just like my father would do - much to my annoyance (and amma's annoyance)... good to know this is, well, not uncommon

    :-)

PPS: Maami did not show when/how to add the drumstick/murngakkai that was in the adjoining cooker

PPPS: I actually do add some 'vathals' even with other veggies (such as drumstick, brinjal/eggplant etc). They need not be mutually exclusive.

  • Thanks a ton...I fried onion & brinjal seperately and added it ...the output came out really well...

  • Hi aunty the recipes was too good .

I would be really grateful if you could probably subtitle your videos. Then others can also try out south-indian recipes. Your approach to cooking is very soothing, for lack of a better word. I think several others will see this as a remarkable use of youtube :)

    Regards,

    Karthik.
