This is a great little tutorial. I have not used weights for a long while due to problems with my back muscles after an injury, so I did this with 2lb weights tonight and did not complete all the reps for each exercise. I want to ease into it, but just doing this quickly tonight, my muscles felt great! Thanks!
I actually did reach this level using only 3 pound weights as well as my own body weight. :) I used to use heavy weights and never achieved the tone I did with long arm sequences like the one I did in this video. Also check out my push up video - week 9 in this series. I like to mix up my routines between pushups and this arm sequence. Good luck!
Looking at your arms, I can tell this method gives fantastic results! But I guess you didn't reach this level using those tiny weights. Could you tell me which weights to start with for a woman of average size and strength and how often to increase them?
can do a vid flexing and measuring arms muscles?
