  • @fystasjoppheng Nope sir, I'm sorry. I will try :) Cheers.Great playing by the way. Great moog

  • Veeery good job!!! :)

  • @AgoAnselmo -Thank you!!

  • I think my tearcanal produced some kind of liquid...

    Sounds great!

  • Sounds great man :-)

  • @Thelanaja - Thanks a lot!

  • Nice vid. I want one. It hurts.

  • @televisioneyes - I know how you feel...

  • what chords are you arpeggiatting

  • @sonicthehedgehogxp -You should get the score-Its the first prelude of Bach WTC.

Not to difficult to learn. Good luck!

  • @fystasjoppheng sweet thanks

  • @sonicthehedgehogxp they are a ton of different chords... a chord is almost never repeated twice

  • Thank you, this is video is so beautiful.

  • @elfugazi -I,m very glad you liked it!

  • ahh i love bach

i have a vinyl of "Switched on Bach" by WALTER Carlos, that is before the sex-change and name change

  • what a shame of song to be playing in souch an incredible instument....

  • @omnipitantlyoriginal-Its not to hard to learn, you should give it a try!

  • thank you! :)

  • very nice and soft :)

  • now that was just lovely.

  • lovely

  • Very nice playing and sound!

  • Thank you very much!

  • hello, really nice piece. By the way I know the moog in monophonic.. that mean you only can ply 1 note at a time.. so you cant play chords right??? what do you do when you need some chords?? yes I know i am a noob.

  • this piece is a prelude of bach :P

  • do you need to have learnt piano playing for this??

  • not really, but a little experience on the keys would definitely help...or you can learn as you go on synth which might be a bit harder, but not impossible

  • yeah but im sure i could learn it without knowing how to. it would be just a pain in the ass and everyone would think your a queer for only knowing one song

  • turn it up full blue

  • Presets generally suck, keep it old school and turn the knobs!;D

  • You play brilliantly.

  • Thank you! I hope you are pleased with your minimoog voyager.

  • I love it. Best piece of gear I've ever own. Blows away anything digital I've ever heard.

The interesting side effect of owning a Voyager though is I'm really starting to want a modular now.

  • Yes, I can recommend the dotcom modular synthesizer system, but there are ofcource many other brand/names.

    Good luck!

  • Play Popcorn! =D

Haha I joke, the video was really nice, the sound suited the piece =)

  • Oh just look at it.. It's beautiful. Look at all synths, Roland, Korg, Nord, Access, etc. And look at the top.. You will find Moog staring at you smiling!

  • Great video..I have 2 in RED..And an ACCESS POLAR...Korg M3(73)....with RADIUS..Dave Smith POLY EVOLVER..Novation X Station..Quasimidi Sirius x4.......But there are others with far more elaborate setups i'm sure!!!..:-}...

  • Absolutely beautiful. The sound was perfect for that piece. Post more!

  • Cool -

    Reminiscent of Isao Tomita's work.

  • Has Bach composed his music with a Moog in his mind?

  • It's so smooth, I kinda felt like I was in another world for a moment there

    great sound & performance !

  • Thank you!

  • Just wonderful!

  • Beautiful and finally some original synth playing instead of that quick and random tapping through the keyboard which EVERY other synth player on youtube does. But friend, for just 250$ more, your board would shine electric blue as your mod/pitch wheel for eternity.;) Well done!

  • Thanks for your beautiful comment! Is it a kit for the blue light or do you mean the Blue version Voyager?

  • Its no kit, the performance edition (which i think you have) does not have a backlit blue board while the select series do. Minor detail, get back to playing.;)

  • Jean Michel Jarre comes to mind, beautiful bright sound instead of those endless how to get a real weird/phat sound out the synth.

  • I just love to hear Bach... But Bach on Moog is something special! Great video!

  • Thank you very much!

I,m agree about the Bach/Moog combination.

Also Bachs music sounds nice no matter what istrument is used. He has something universial in his compositions.

  • i wish i could by one of those... i want it more than anything else... but i live in argentina and it costs to us three and a half times it costs in the states... (plus importation taxes)

  • Sorry to hear that...Look for the second hand market(ebay) Make a long term saving project(3-5 years-make it 10 if it needs)) Extra jobs and so on.

You also have the Little Phatty moog wich is 1/3 the price of the Voyager and the new Old School wich is priced between the two.

Be patient and you will get there finaly.

    Kjell

  • amazing

  • Thank you!

  • taking poops

  • Takk skal du ha,det var hyggelig å høre.

  • bravo!

  • At the end, it sounds like the notes started to fade when you played legato. If the Voyager software is like the Little Phatty, you shout be able to set the envelope to reset so that the decay won't fade away when you play legato. But you probably already knew that.

    Nice video by the way.

  • you 're right man. there are three options, on, off and reset.

  • 2 kewl

  • Greetings,

What is the name of this piece? Nice playing.

    rtmx

  • Prelude number 1 from Bach wtc(well tempered klavier)

    Thanks.

  • taken later for the Gounaud's Ave Maria

  • This is perfect.

  • You are great:D I want more:D please:D

  • Thanks. Nice playing, by the way :D

  • Does the sound compare to the old ones? like, can you get that hella fat sound using the 3 occilators? think yes and PFM.

  • today i bought a moog mg-1 (cool basses)...still might buy the minimoog voyager. i love synth bass!

  • bach + moog = awesome :D

  • hey, that's pretty cool!

  • Wow. That really is skilled and beautiful playing.

You really know your onions as far as sonic capability and composure are concerned.

    Brilliant!

  • Thank you so much!

  • Most Excellent - you made the most of the instrument's limitations and turned out a beautiful piece!

    Thanks!

  • A good guitar setup isn't cheap... good fx aren't cheap... and good sound isn't cheap. A vintage guitar... ain't cheap. A moog is the pimp daddy t-rex.

    Thanks for all the videos!

  • man those synths are so f***** expensive. rock n roll is cheaper, you just plug your guitar, you then got some fx if you like it and thats it. Buying one of this moogs is equivalent to owing your bank during a year. :P

  • Haaaaaaaaappy!!!

  • cool very cool!

  • Thank you atmosferaasi!

  • that was awesome......!
