I dont know what fools told you people that u cant use these above the waist but thats totally not true, I have one a rs tens plus that I have since I tore my abdominal muscle and my therapist pust two just below my tit and the other two just at my belt line and I take it on setting 14 I asked her today will it give u a heart attack and she said no way it doesnt get that powerful thats an old wives tail.
