I heard a Michael Jackson Melody by 'tom tom crew' and was wondering where i could find a recording of him doing it

I think they played on the 6th in Sydney. It's drummer Ben Walsh and beat boxer Tom Thum, et al. Haven't found a way to purchase /download their music online though.

Thanks for that! Perhaps it's because the music is less cheerful and the skating place is evacuated but then after 1min the first human smile brightens up the scene and I decided to go for more colours...perhaps all unconsciously?

Wow, you're coming on. The colours match the sound somehow. There's something a bit sinister about the first half I thought (in a good way haha).
