#1 - This thing makes no sense. She could have easily got that messed up first order vacated. She could have easily got an attorney for free who would try and get him to pay the attorney fees. The "obstacles" she's talking about are easily fixed.

well...I am extremely sorry to hear this, i'm no pro at this but what i suggest is that you go to the court where the case was originally started and show them the proof of how this guy tricked you into not going to court the first time and how he promised to leave you with your child if anything were to occur, his lawyer should be forced to testify against him if possible, you should also show how your child is being treated as an orphan and show that you are fully capable of taking care of her

Have you tried to get legal rep from the LA bar association??? its free advice or pro-bono work and I would TRY The American Bar association also-ask for Family Law, I used to work there.
