Well, I did have a childhood (and a good one), just like you're having now.
Further, there's a reason that this area has been fenced off - it's dangerous.
I work in spinal care, and we have all sorts of accident victims, mostly young, now in wheelchairs. They were once of the same opinion as you.

It's not just the water depth - it's also what you might hit on the way down. You're probably young. I work with spinal injury patients.

@Meshwork123 If they were jumping into shallow water then yeah maybe, but the water is fully deep! They're not doing anything crazy enough to cause spinal damage anyway. However, they obviously have a great idea on how to have fun in summer.
