Government borrowing and "economic stimulus" is built into the Constitution. See Article I, Section 8, second clause. Congress has "power to borrow money on the credit of the United States". This is the root cause of the peoples problems. This power of Congress needs to be abolished by an amendment, or revolution.

@RoySC1 congress no longer has that power, they signed it over to the federal reserve (private bank) after the depression.
