I haven't seen Season 2. What I want to know is who's calling in this scene? I don't understand why Sherlock has to hurt the cabbie to get him to reveal the name and Moriarity kills Shan so she can't reveal his identity. He kills a hostage who describes him but now he's completely out in the open - talking and interacting with Sherlock and John. Is it possible that this is Richard Brook and Moriarity is alive and well and still pulling the strings from behind the scenes?
