  • Great video, very appropriate under current circumstances

  • This is brilliant! Really hope it gets the exposure it deserves, sets a good message as well, be careful the Airlines don't come after the producers of this!

  • what song is it in the end?

    stay grounded.. stay grounded!

got it stuck in my head now! ;)

guess by singing it randomly i'll be passing on the message!

if only i knew what song it is... or if it was written specifically for the Green Thing could you maybe post it up on youtube?

    thanks!!

  • @avidhorserider hehe, viral humming is great: you can download the track on the Green Thing site: /content/stay_grounded_dance

it was written just for us by the fabulous composer Michael Mertens

  • =D funny and veryyyyy clever indeed!

  • Yes IM truely rocks.

  • good video... i hope this makes a difference. what camera did you use?

  • Thanks. According to Michael Wright, the director: "it was shot on a P2 which I think is Panasonic....I'm always looking in the other direction....".

  • Love it! Really funny and with a good message even though video meetings will never be the same as getting to know each other and bouncing back ideas while socializing outside of the actual meeting.

  • love it, very funny

  • Hi - well, yes but I think the message is meant to be less literal than that. It's a sort of surrealist interpretation of the idea of virtual meetings I guess (e.g. obviously laptops don't really go to restaurants/nightclubs, etc ;). Hopefully the underlying message comes through - namely that people are willing to get together virtually now and even though it can't be the same experience, a different kind of social interaction and fun can be had.

  • Clever and funny - but seems to be giving somewhat contradictory messages. Both saying that by video conferencing you can't dance, go for dinner with people in the board meeting. and have a physical presence,But that you'll avoid jet lag, and a carbon footprint. The result could almost be that the two options are equally bad/good. Some people business people might really value the post meeting meal out...

    Otherwise great video
