  • hey whats up... Dude last night at BJJ i had this kid in a Perfect guillotine choke, like an idiot i opened my guard, and he rolled forward, Both my weight and his weight, went on my neck.. I heard a huge crack and now it hurts when i look up and down... how long should i wait before weight lifting and grappling?

    i would like to ask you what you recomment for exercises to streghten my neck and be flexible too, i have 2 hernias A5-A6 and A6--A7....who blog a nerve goes to omoplata muscle and when i do lift weights or pushing a lot pains and is like bloged!( i train mma programme)
