Dude I just used to sell this phone. Why would you WANT itunes. If i could use a drag and drop system of protected/unprotected music and files on my iphone i would do it in a heartbeat. Unlocked= you can use any gsm network with this phone. Just put a sim card in it AT&T,T-Mobile, Cingular, Rogers, ect. The phone will instantly fire up and be ready to place calls. Typically cell phones are LOCKED to one specific carrier and you have to sign a two year contract.

Example: IPHONE = AT&T ONLY.

I don't have a mac. If you can use a flashdrive with your mac then yes. All port locks have been disabled. Plug into your computer and it will recognize it as a usb mass storage device. Drag your music files into the MyMusic folder on the phone and your done. Pretty easy.

Im thinking of getting this phone next weekend, but my music player says that my songs arnt protected.I was just wondering if my songs arnt protectd will it cause any harm to my phone and will it be fine to use as music and as a ringtone.

Plug the phone into the computer. phone will show up in the my computer section of your pc. Drag mp3s from your pc to the My Music folder on the phone. switch the storage in your phone from phone to card. your songs will appear. highlight any song and click apply as ringtone. all your songs will appear in your itunes player.
