i need help i ve encode the video and every thing and takes forever but then it goes to combining titles and seem to just stop like it doesnt even continue on with the progress?

this is so bull,dvd flick encoded everything then when it went to finalize imgburn opened and the process of the burning disc didnt come up it just showed a menu of where the location is,mean while dvd flick still says burning to disc its been 2 hours and 0 and im burning a 2 hour movie & 1 hour movie so 2 total movies in 1 dvd cd please help

Ok. Here is my next question about dvd flick and I'm gonna post it on every vid til I get an answer. I spent over 6 hours converting a tv series to a dvd. the program and computer worked perfect until it was time to burn to disc, I assume it was the faulty crap memorex disc I used but an errors I didnt understand occurred and the last few episodes wont play. My question is, is there anyway to burn to another disc without going thru the entire process again?...

continued. I mean between dvd flick and converting and compressing all 23 episodes with alltoavi I'm looking at 50-60hours to get this done so starting over because of a glitch really, REALLY SUX! I went to the folder that dvd flick made and its all there. All the episodes play fine from the converted files within that folder. That's y I think its a faulty disc. I just dont wanna have to start from the beginning if it happens again. Anybody know???

hey on the imagburn section it calculates the size but it freezes at 64 percent why?

everytime i burn a dvd it gets to author dvd then an error message pops up saying

c/users/downloads/spumux.bat and then says make sure u typed the name correctly and try again

I have a Mkv file (Letters From Iwo Jima) and when I burned it, there were no subtitles. How do I get the subtitles?

Also for the menu settings, if I dont add any, will there be a menu if the files was given one? Or is that only for Iso? Please click reply or send me a message. Thank you.

You do convert to dvd and then once its been made into a dvd format it will be made into a .iso with imgburn a built in program.

then it will continue on to burn the dvd

Ok yo joshduarte6 check it, i did everything as u told me 2 but wen i play it on the dvd playa it works fine just that the sound is delayed, how can i fix that, if u dont know can any wun help me pls homies!!!!!!! thanx

When the sound delays it is usually a problem with the movie you downloaded. Not the dvd.

I am assuming that this movie is some sort of a theater rip and not a DvD-RiP those usually tend to have sound a little bit off the actual picture.

Wel that kinda helps its just that wen i play the avi file on my desktop wif VLC player it all works fine, it only gets delayed wen i burn it and play it on the dvd player, but thanx man its algud, GOD SPEED.

Hey there, I'm having some trouble burning the DVD, when I click create dvd, then click ok and ok once again, then I get this message..

Warning!

The destination folder (C:\Documents and Settings\HP\My Documents\dvd) already exist. If

you continue the destination folder's contents will be DELETED. Are you sure you want to continue? What should I do? BTW Great vid...hope You can help me.

however, if you do wish to retain the files and folders for future use then simply change the directory to C:\Documents and Settings\HP\My Documents\dvd1 for example or just change it to something like C:\Documents and Settings\HP\My Documents\Wall-e |for example

and to do that its loacted at the bottom of the progam and you can change it there.

It means youve obvviously burnt a dvd using dvd flick already and if you have already burnt it to a dvd and no longer wish to have the files that were needed to create the dvd then go ahead and click continue

hey great vid, but i still need help. I have a dvd +r blank disc. I downloaded "The Dark Knight" from Ares..its a program where u can find shared movies..works kinda like limewire.Anyways i downloaded it and can watch it on my computer no problem. However, when drag the file to my blank disc, and stick it in the dvd player, it says "Cannot read disc" Is the tutorial u are showing allow for compatability with dvd players? And btw, my dvd player can read DVD+R which is what im using, get back me.

Whats the other programs besides DVD Flick did you use?

It's as good as you movie is. however i can get movies that are 320x240 to play almost flawlessly on my tv an my computer

and i have a 27" tv and a 30 inch apple cinema display.

so yeah i guess you could say its good

YOu can use any type of DVD NO cd's If you do use a cd you have to use a diffrent type of software to make a vcd it doesn't matter what type of dvd you use just as long as your player can play it
