What is this idiotic trend in newer games of having to earn equal footing in a game (weapons other people have and so forth). Dumbest thing ever. Glad I only paid $35 for this POS buggy game. BF1942 was 1000 times better, even with its lag.

Rockets are great because not everyone has flares unlocked and some that do don't equip them because they think they can just dodge everything. I get quite a few kills. It also never hurts since you can engage rockets first, then switch to mg if you are good at positioning yourself.

Shoot the mg and finish with a kamikaze and if they are smoking you will roadkill them and not suicide yourself

I can get kills by taking out tanks and heli's but it won't count towards my jet points. Why is that?

actually, missiles are kind of useless..

most ppl have flare, and when they do you need to reload..

And since most ppl suck with jets, they all panic and try to do some silly manouvers to get away from you as SOON as they hear you are trying to lock on to them..

Use the MG, be smart, dont let them see you before you are close enough..

and when you are, and 100% sure you can get 5-10 hits with MG in a row.. they are doomed..

my problem is this game is getting absolutely noobed by guys who somehow manage to do the tightest circles and also immediately get on your tail as soon as you start flying AND always send out floors 1 second before your missile is about to hit. how do i kill THOSE guys? thanks

If you know how to drive its the same basics.... if you are travelling at high speeds, when you turn you will need a wider circle, but if you slow down, you will need a circle with a very small radius. If yets are turning faster than you... thats because they throtle down when they turn.

If you already knew that...then i guess you should accept that some pilots are better than you. For matched pilots you just circle around each other until some one gets bored.

@shakespearespqr yeah cheers mate, im alright now, but ive given up on trying to not get dead in planes, i now just equip the aa engineer before i get in, then when my planes disabled fly up high in the centre of the map, parachute out and shoot down the bastard that shot me. its as fulfilling as tank sniping and it usually puts a stop to them and yeah some guys are just insane at flying, and yeah i knew to brake before turning, one guy beating me was yawing and turning while ascending. thanks

@Ridho94 i know its cheesy but if blow up the other plane u then can go spawn camp their jet by landing in front of it on the runway i dont do that though i noticed it one day while playing

Sorry, its just the amount of times ive been killed at spawn in a jet is sickning. for what its worth, while im in a jet, I can destroy a tank every pass by. (if the tank is spotted)

2 questions:

How to lock on and fire missiles?

Wut maps are with jets?

@T0T4LW4R When you have the missiles, choose them with Y and when there´s an enemy aircraft in front of you, just take it to the middle of your sight and wait for about 3-5 seconds until the red square says that it´s locked. Now shoot.

Kargh Island, Caspian Border and Operation Firestorm. Each in conquest and rush.

i hate geting shot by jets in heli! D= i just want have fun with heli but no a jet has to come and kill me when be more fun when heli vs other heli not jet vs heli but i know how dodge jets :P
