i wish they kissed in the manga, but no, those pics are from the pages of a doujinshi (a fan-made, spinoff manga that is sold via internet or at conventions) i'm not sure exactly what doujinshi is shown but if you typed "lavi allen doujinshi" into the search bar up there you'd find all kinds of them ^_^

If you look up '109 doujins' in google, there's a livejournal account that has heaps of DGM doujinshi, including LavixAllen. You might find them there. But I'm looking for the picture from 1:29 ^.^'

the doujinshis? I used Preview on my Mac and I use Windows Picture and Fax Viewer on my PC.

Photo Editor should work too, but it would be a bit more of a hassle

Ah, There's a program that converts those files. Unfortunately I've forgotten what it's called -.-' But you could google it.
