The key that is missing is local free workshop's where they can learn new trades. They'll also gain a new faith and belief in themselves and what the can do. You give a person a purpose and they'll not only survive they will thrive!

I hope that russia will continue to accept foreign organisations. Those organisations can help improve situations for homeless people. Homeless people exist all over the world in Europe and also in my Nordic countries.

Russian people have very painfully accepted disintegration of Soviet Union :(
