@thesilverspoonful They are set above the ground on their own floor system. They are portable and the galvanized steel cables that go through the house are used to tie it down to the footings in the ground.

Hi and thank you for your interest. i will put a book out at some point to hopefully show how to do the whole thing, from Salvage Mining to the Salvage Building. For the moment, my website is all I have out there. we do have plans from many of the houses we have built, but since each one is a onesy due to the windows and the doors sizes generally being different, we don't have a general plan or model.

I thought our lil house was small at 1050 sq ft , but these are so tiny ! I would actually LOVE to live in a tiny house like that . We love our lil home , even with a big dog and 2 wild lil boys running around . A small home is loved to every inch and corner and they keep your grounded . I would't trade our lil farm house for anything :) These are beautiful , the designer has an eye for wonderful detail .

Sorry to take so long to get back in touch. This house was custom built and sells in that size for about $50,000 with Icynene insulation, wired, plumbed, and built to last for 100 years or more. Thanks for your interest and support.
