But without our director Chris Murphy (who is currently getting fat in Cape Cod) we cannot put any of these episodes into production until he returns this Thursday, so episodes will be posted sometime this weekend and then continue to be uploaded on a weekly basis.

The new content rules really only affect fan-boy types that re-create the story and fan-fic stuff. It seems as long as you have the audio in sync with the video and you aren't just USING the audio in ways it wasn't meant to be with the original game, it's fine. (IE. creating a car chase with warthog noises or a shoot out with gun sounds from Halo)
