thats why i said its a parts and pieces 97 lol yeah i got the same one just extened cab long box. and yeah that was my theory with it being a new bed cuz of that style side trim nice rig.

so, if this is a 97 its a parts and pieces 97 yes its a 12 valve. the bed is off a 98 and newer truck the bumper is off a 98 and newer sport edition and the mirrors are off a 98 and newer and the rims and caps are off newer.dodge, yeah nice truck but i would call it a 98 hahaha damn im onerie without my coffee

No it's a 1997 built in January 1997. The owner just took a bunch of parts of a 1998 to make it look newer. It still has the old interior and dash with drivers airbag only. He swapped the front bumper, grill, lights, mirrors and side trim.

This one modded gets 15mpg average, was just over 20mpg before mods

smoke is actually a sign of an inefficient diesel. its like pouring fuel out of the tail pipe, that is i should say, until you get into the racing type power. I'm not sure what kind of power you're making

Thats gorgeous to be a 97. I wouldnt mind cruising around in that even with the price of diesel!
