Four armed agents took this man away in handcuffs because he hadn't appeared for a subpoena regarding an offense 6 years prior? And are they acknowledging there is no mechanism in place to determine a suspect has even received his subpoena?

How is this guilty until innocent? The guy is a criminal alien who didn't follow the rules. They had a warrant for his arrest. They did their job.... the Judge will determine whether he deserves another shot or not. Merciless? OK and you are brainless. You know how many criminals have sob stories?
