Eggs affecting your cholesterol is a myth, I eat 6 of them a day and my cholesterol levels are low. Your body compensates by not making any cholesterol of its own. WHOLE eggs are number one for building muscle.
Yo man it's been proven that egg yolks are very good for you ,and there is only 1.5gr of saturated fat in one yolk ! Plus, that cholesterol does not affect your blood cholesterol ;) in my opinion , eat WHOLE eggs ! Peace

@ms4037 hes just making breakfast, i dont think hed eat 180 grams of eggs in the morning. btw its pounds of LEAN body weight. so to calculate that you need to find your body fat percentage and take it off your total weight. im 175 at between 5 and 8 percent bodyfat. i just try to get above my weight in grams of protein per day, and i have no problem gaining muscle. hope i could help

(which strikes me as probably too many meals, then again if protein shakes are included the I guess it adds up.)
