They also threatened us physically, and said they would call the police. I said, GO AHEAD! Call the police. But later, after talking to people, they said they are in on it.

Everything that happened to you, happened to us. We returned the next day and tried to cancel. The sales manager first would not talk to us, or the business manager. Then, they gave us a letter saying our contract was canceled, but they could keep the entire payment, because it was considered a down payment. I tried to go through BofA to reverse the charge, but they would not cooperate. (they are making money from it too, look up Interval Vacations). I have recordings ofl the sales talks.
