@xavierpaquin Great Question, I would like to see a little more diversity, as in people being more original rather than doing the same thing everyone else is doing.
Is Canada producing any hard rock or metal bands? How about up and coming jazz musicians? How about young operatic singers? If they're out there, I would love see them get just as much time on Qtv.
It's as if Q is focusing in on a very narrow demographic. Am I making sense?
"Q" has had Jamie Cullum on the show. But that was an interview. I understand that you would like to see different genres on the show as this show gets a lot of indie rock. I can see where you would be coming from in terms of that being a small portion of the demographic. I like "Q" and you can't please everyone. I guess the show is sticking to what's working.

Thanks to Q tv, the world must think that Canada only produces shitty hipster and folk bands, and they would be right to think such.
The only thing more depressing than our music scene is our tv/movie industry. Maybe these guys will get on the soundtrack for the next hockey musical.

@trevorbuvyer What would you like Canada to produce musically?

@trevorbuvyer lol Canada is producing some of the most original music i've heard, music that transcends genre - crosses all boundries
why wouldn't a show like q want to showcase it?
sounds more like complaining for the sake of complaining
